Refunds & cancellation

How automatic renewal and cancelling work, and when a payment can be refunded.
Automatic renewal
Every Practicence plan renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length of time, until you cancel. The plans and their prices are on the Plans page. Paid plans are not on sale yet; nothing can be bought during the current preview.
Cancelling your subscription
- Cancel at any time yourself, without contacting us: Account → Subscription → “Cancel subscription”, then confirm.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal straight away. No further charges will be made.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Account shows the exact date.
- You can subscribe again at any time.
- Stopping the automatic payment in your bank, card or UPI app is not the same as cancelling. Please cancel in Account as well, so your subscription shows the right status.
Refunds
We don't normally refund a subscription period once it has started. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
We will refund a payment if:
- you were charged more than once for the same period;
- you were charged after you had cancelled; or
- you were charged without your authorisation.
In other exceptional cases, you can ask us to consider a refund, and we will look at each request fairly. To ask for a refund, email support@practicence.com with the payment reference shown in Account → Subscription → Payment history. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy affects any right to a refund that you have under the law.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, nothing is charged and the payment service may try again. Your access pauses when your paid period ends and continues once a payment goes through. If no payment goes through, the subscription ends. See the Terms of Service.
